Compassion Fatigue and Self-Care

Writing with Joy! How to Promote an Early Enjoyment of Writing in the Preschool Years

Self-care is a buzz word we often hear as educators. Self-care is not a one size fits all regime! In this interactive session, we will reflect on strategies that work for you as an individual to help combat compassion fatigue and feel more like the healthier, happier version of yourself.

During this session we will look at the stages of writing and identify easy and effective strategies to support preschoolers along their writing journey.
